##### Útmutató lányok edzéséhez
Szakértők szerint a lányok fizikai, mentális, érzelmi és szociális szinten is jobban teljesítenek, ha van lehetőségük sportolni. De napjainkban a fiúkhoz képest kétszer annyi lány hagy fel a sporttal. A Nikenál közösségi partnereinkkel és szakértőinkkel együttműködve igyekszünk megfordítani ezt a lemorzsolódási tendenciát, aminek részeként létrehoztunk egy útmutatót a lányok edzéséhez: a forrásanyag célja, hogy segítse az edzőket a fiatal sportolók mentorálásában, ösztönzésében és támogatásában.

A sportban gyakran kockázatvállalásra is szükség van. Az új készségek elsajátítása, a szokatlan módszerek kipróbálása vagy a védőfalon való áttörés kísérlete mindig magában hordozza a kudarc kockázatát. Míg a pontosan kivitelezett mozdulatokat szinte kivétel nélkül elismerik, az új technikákkal próbálkozó és elsőre kudarcot valló lányok szinte sohasem kapnak pozitív visszajelzést.
Sportnyelvre lefordítva: a lányokat semmi nem ösztönzi arra, hogy új dolgokkal próbálkozzanak, ha a siker nem garantált. De ha soha nem próbálkoznak kockázatos passzokkal, vagy nem vetődnek a labda után, és csak a legjobb számukban mernek elindulni, akkor sok feledhetetlen élményből maradnak ki.
Képzeljük el, hogy egy tanítványunk akkor is megpróbálkozik egy lövéssel, ha nem biztos abban, hogy gólt szerez. Vagy pillangóúszásban is rajthoz áll, pedig a gyorsúszás a legerősebb száma. Lehet, hogy egy kapus nyolcszor is hibázott előtte, de ha csak egyetlen bravúros védése volt, arra fognak emlékezni. Ezek a lányok megtanultak bátornak lenni, ami a sportban és az életben is óriási jelentőséggel bír.

## Megadni az esélyt a sikerre
1. __Ösztönözzük a kockázatvállalást__
Amikor segítünk a lányoknak céljaik kitűzésében, ösztönözzük őket arra, hogy merjenek bátorságot igénylő dolgokkal foglalkozni: ilyen például az új készségek elsajátítása, az új posztokon való játék vagy új sportágak kipróbálása. Bemelegítés során kérjük meg őket arra, hogy hangos bekiabálással jelentsék be, milyen új dolgokat próbálnak ki aznap. Emellett gondoskodjunk arról, hogy számtalan lehetőségük legyen új dolgokat kipróbálni, például minden meccsen és edzésen legyen lehetőségük más posztokon játszani.
2. __Jutalmazzuk dicsérettel a merész húzásokat__
Ismerjük el a bátorságot, amikor csak lehet. Próbáljuk meg észrevenni azokat az új mozzanatokat, amelyekre az „edző háta mögött” kerítenek sort. Alapítsuk meg a „Legbátrabb játékos” díjat, és rendszeresen változtassuk a díjazottakat. Ne feledjük: nincs azzal baj, ha elismerjük a kiváló játékot, de előbb az oda vezető lépéseket kell ösztönöznünk.
3. __Lépjünk túl a hibákon__
Hibázni emberi dolog. Egyértelmű gesztusokkal jelezzük a lányoknak, hogy lépjenek túl a hibákon. Ilyen gesztus például a söprögető kézmozdulat a vállukon. És feltétlenül tudassuk velük, hogy senki sem tökéletes, még az edző sem. Meséljünk saját hibáinkról. Amikor rájönnek, hogy az edző sem tökéletes, megtanulják, hogy nekik sem kell hibátlannak lenniük.
