# Szivacshenger a regenerálódásért

A fájdalom leküzdéséhez kedvenc módszereimből szoktam alkalmazni néhányat, így például elmegyek úszni egyet, beülök az infravörös szaunába, vagy szivacshengert használok. Bár ezek közül csak egy olyan van, amit otthon is lehet használni, ami nem drága, és csak pár percet vesz igénybe.
Senki sem tudja pontosan, hogy mitől működik úgy a szivacshengerezés, ahogyan működik, de lényegében ez egy eszköz segítségével végezhető manuális lágyszövet-terápia. Fájdalmat és izomlázat okozó, új vagy nagyobb intenzitású mozgás végzése esetén a szivacshengerezés segítség lehet a kellemetlen érzés csillapításában. A fájdalomcsillapításon kívül a mozgáshatár fenntartásában is segít, így nem fordul elő, hogy csak egy bizonyos pontig vagy képes hajlítani vagy hogy izomfeszülés, izomláz miatt nem megfelelően végzed a gyakorlatokat.
A szivacshengerezésnek akkor is megvannak az előnyei, ha edzés előtt... vagy ha edzés után végzed. Vagy ha vele kezded a napot.. vagy ha lefekvés előtti lazításhoz használod. Megvan a közös pont? A lényeg az, hogy nem annyira az számít, hogy *mikor* csinálod, mint *az,* hogy csinálod és *ahogyan* csinálod. Sokaknak az a legjobb, ha hengerezéssel kezdik a napot, mert így tudják, hogy már megcsinálták az adott napra, míg mások edzéshez szeretik kapcsolni, mert ilyenkor már eleve a testükkel foglalkoznak.
Ideális esetben napi 10 percet kellene szivacshengerezéssel tölteni. Vannak, akik csupán 20 másodpercig hengereznek egy feszülő ponton, viszont ezzel nem lehet elérni nagyszerű eredményeket. Inkább koncentrálj néhány olyan különböző pontra, amik a legtöbb problémát okozzák, de legyen meg az a 10 perc.
## Az alábbi rész néhány olyan helyet tartalmaz, ahol érdemes kezdened, és ahol tipikusan a legtöbb feszülés és mozgáskorlátozás szokott felmerülni.
1\. Mellkasi gerinc (középhát).
2\. Fenék.
3\. Combizmok.
4\. Vádlik.
Találd meg a napnak azt a legalkalmasabb idejét, amikor rá tudsz szánni 10 percet a szivacshengerezésre. Ha egy-két nap elteltével még mindig nem kezdted el, válassz ki egy új időpontot. Napi pár perc rászánással nemcsak jobban fogod érezni magad, de a szabad mozgás képességét is segíteni fogod vele.
