# Híján vagy az edzőfelszerelésnek? Próbálkozz ezekkel a változtatásokkal

## A pulzusszámot felpörgető edzésekhez simán elég, ha csak az otthoni tárgyakat használod.
Rászántad az időt, kiválasztottad az edzést, és készen állsz, hogy ezerrel nyomd –, de várjunk csak, igazából *híján vagy* a gyakorlathoz előírt kettlebellnek. Vagy doboznak. Vagyis igazából minden felszerelésnek! Nem probléma.

A rendelkezésedre álló eszközökkel minden edzés módosítható. Próbáld ki a lenti alternatívákat, hogy ugyanannyi intenzitással tudj edzeni, mintha rendes felszerelést használnál. És ne feledd, az NTC alkalmazásban mindig rá tudsz keresni a brutális, kizárólag saját testsúlyt alkalmazó edzésekere, csupán „felszerelés nélkül” alapján kell szűrnöd hozzá, és máris rengeteg edzésopciót fogsz rá találni.

„Ha van egy több literes vizes, tejes, vagy mosószeres palackod, akkor a brutális erőnléti edzésed máris megvan oldva ” – mondja Ryan Flaherty, A Nike szenior teljesítményigazgatója. „Egyszer, egy olyan elit sportolómat kellett edzenem, aki nemrégiben költözött be az új házába, és még nem sikerült mindent kipakolnia” – meséli Flaherty. „Elővettem egy üres mosószeres palackot, feltöltöttem vízzel, hogy súlyzóként tudja használni, és egy teljes edzést sikerült végigcsinálnunk vele.” Ráadásul még könnyen módosítható is: félig feltöltve könnyebb súlyt kapsz, ha pedig intenzívebb erőnléti edzést akarsz végezni, csak adj hozzá még több vizet.
2. __Használj valami szokatlant__
Csak gondolj bele: az olyan, erősítéshez szükséges kellékek, mint a kettlebellek és a homokzsákok, igazából nem többek egy szokatlan alakzatú tárgynál. Ha ezeket egy kutyaeledeles zsákkal vagy egy csomag liszttel helyettesíted, a tárgyak szokatlan formája aktiválni fogja a kisebb, stabilizálásért felelős izmokat, így olyan hasonló eredményeket tudsz velük elérni, mintha kettlebellt vagy medicinelabdát használnál.
3. __Csinálj magadnak kardióedzést__
Nincs szükséged futópadra vagy biciklire, hogy felpörgesd a szíved – saját testsúlyod használatával szinte ugyanolyan eredményeket érhetsz el, mintha gépen futnál. A kardiógyakorlatokat tapssal kombinált terpeszugrással vagy hegymászó gyakorlattal, de akár egyszerű helyben futással is helyettesítheted, hiszen ezekhez folyamatosan emelned kell a térded és a karod, így ugyanannyi erőfeszítéssel teljesíted őket, mintha futópadon futnál.
4. __Használj lépcsőt vagy padot__
Az irányított mozdulatokhoz használt doboz fellépőkkel, lépcsőkkel vagy paddal nagyszerűen helyettesíthető. Viszont ha a gyakorlat dobozra ugrásra utasít, akkor csinálj helyette inkább guggolással egybekötött ugrást vagy távolugrást. (Hiszen az semmiképpen nem lenne jó, ha padra vagy lépcsőre ugrás közben rossz helyen landolnál!)
Bármilyen változtatást vagy helyettesítést is kelljen létrehoznod, mindig tekintsd az adott pillanatot egy leküzdendő próbatételnek – ne tekintsd ezt az edzés feladására vagy kihagyására feljogosító kifogásnak. Ezzel a mentalitással és tudással felfegyverkezve pedig mindig képes leszel az edzés teljesítésére, függetlenül attól, hogy épp hol tartózkodsz.
