Update to this shoe is awesome. The upper fits nice and snug, the most comfortable Nike shoe I've worn ever, and I have the Next% and 4%. Will defiantly buy these again.

Very fast and comfortable shoe. The Zoom Fly 3 is at the top of my shoe rotation ( I also own a pair of Nike Vaporfly 4% Flynits). In fact, ran my fastest time in them since my school days in my last 5K race! I initially had some concerns on locking down the shoe when i first tried them on. It appeared to be loose around the ankle. However, I simply used the last eyelet (which I seldom use) and the shoe locked down with no vertical rise. I would definitely recommend these shoes to a friend. My only suggestion to improve would to be consider using the offset lacing system that is used in the Next%. The laces do get tight and put a bit of pressure on the top of the foot. Other than this, it is an outstanding shoe.
Great Marathon Race Day Shoe

Just ran the 2019 Chicago Marathon in zoom fly 3 and PRed. Not saying these shoes are the only reason but the snappy responsive feel to these shoes made the pancake course that much faster. I saw a lot of VF Next% but can’t imagine a better race day marathon shoe. They are a little heavy but they are light enough. Can’t speak highly enough for these shoes. And the price compared to the the Next% makes the shoe that much better. Great job Nike!
