Maybe you prefer kilometers to miles, running indoors to avoid the whims of the forecast, or having that perfectly curated playlist help you get through your run. Whatever your preferences are, it's easy to change your settings in the Nike Run Club App. We want you to enjoy your next run, even if that means using a treadmill. We kid, there's nothing wrong with treadmills. Changing your in-run or profile settings is simple. See what you can customize in the NRC App below.  Profile Settings Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen, then tap “Settings” to access and change your profile settings. Here’s what you can change: - __Nike Member profile email__ - __About You (Height and Weight__ - __Units of Measure (Kilometers or Miles)__ - __Connected NRC Partners__ - __Privacy Choices__ Run Settings Learn more about changing your in-run settings for Android/iOS devices or Apple Watch/Android Wear below. 
 __Android and iOS Devices__ Whether you’re on an Android or iOS device, tapping on the “Gear” icon allows to customize the following fields: - __Indoor / Outdoor:__ Select “Indoor” if you’re on a treadmill or knocking out reps on an indoor track. For outdoor runs, make sure you enabled location services to track your run. NRC uses your device’s GPS and accelerometer to track your outside run. - __Auto-Pause:__ When enabled, your run will automatically pause when you stop and resumes when you start moving again. If not enabled, you’ll need to manually pause your run. - __Audio Feedback:__ Get run metric updates without distractions by enabling feedback. Not only can you choose from time, distance, or pace updates; you can also choose their frequency. And if you need a little encouragement, share your run with your NRC friends and allow them to cheer you on by setting your privacy to “public” or “social” and enabling Cheers. - __Countdown:__ You can turn on a countdown of three, six, or nine seconds to help you get in the zone for your run.
