Our four-week Get Started plan is the perfect place to start. It features mostly runs designed to ease you into your journey, with the occasional faster run to spice things up.  ### Go Beyond Running isn’t just about pace and distance, it’s an expression of your movement and joy. This four-week plan features three audio guided runs that will focus on you. Whether you play with faster paces or prefer relaxing runs, these plans have what you need.  ### 5k Training Plan The 5k is about pushing to the max! Our eight-week training plan is focused on getting all levels of runners to the starting line primed for a breakthrough performance. Each week has a mix of speed, long, and recovery runs tailored toward crushing your best.  ### 10k Training Plan A 10k combines fast running and endurance. Our eight-week plan prepares you to be confident on race day.
