We’re committed to protecting the privacy of our Nike Members by only storing your data when you maintain an active Nike Member profile. Your profile will be considered active if you’ve logged in to your profile on any Nike website or Nike app within the last two years. See below for what data is available after two and five years of inactivity. ## Periods of Inactivity After Two Years Personal information will be available in your profile settings if you sign back in, but individual run and workout data will be replaced by aggregate totals. See below for more information. After Five Years All profile information and personal data will be permanently deleted across all platforms and will be unrecoverable. Requesting your data is quick and easy with the steps below. 1. Log in to your Nike Member profile on a web browser. 2. Go to your Account Settings and select the "Privacy" tab. 3. Scroll to the "Download Your Data" section and click or tap "Request Data." 4. In seven days, we'll send an email to your Member profile email address with a link to download your data. 5. In that email, click or tap "Download Data." 6. Follow the prompts to receive a Nike Member profile code to authenticate your identity. 7. Download your data. Why am I missing NRC or NTC App data after logging out?
