We’re committed to protecting the privacy of our Nike Members by only storing your data when you maintain an active Nike Member profile. Your profile will be considered active if you’ve logged in to your profile on any Nike website or Nike app within the last two years.

All profile information and personal data will be permanently deleted across all platforms and will be unrecoverable. Purchase history will remain available to Nike in line with statutory requirements on data retention for sales, tax, and warranties. Please contact us if you have any questions.

If you’re experiencing any missing run or workout data after logging out of and back in to the NRC or NTC App, please contact us for help.
If you’ve been inactive for 2-5 years, individual run and workout data will be replaced by lifetime aggregate totals.
If you’ve been inactive for 2-5 years, your identity profile settings and order history will still be available to you. For Nike SNKRS, favorited products and your purchase history will also repopulate.
After two years of inactivity, we aggregate individual run and workout data, after five years we permanently delete Nike Member profiles and all associated data. This ensures that we are not holding information of individuals that no longer engage with Nike and are complying with applicable legal requirements.
If it’s been five years since you were active, you can create a new Nike Member profile on Nike.com or by downloading any Nike App.
