How Do I Use My Nike Gift Card?
Nike gift cards can be used to to make purchases on Nike.com, in the Nike and SNKRS apps, and at Nike retail stores.
You can use your gift card during checkout—here's how:
Nike.com
- In the "Payment" section, select "Do you have a gift card, product voucher, or promo code?"
- Enter the gift card number in the "Voucher Number" box, then enter the PIN in the "PIN" box.
- Select "Apply" to deduct the amount on your gift card from your order total.
Nike and SNKRS Apps
- Tap "Payment."
- Select "Add New Payment Method."
- Select "Add Gift Card."
- Enter the gift card number, then the PIN.
- Select "Add Gift Card" to apply the amount on your gift card to your order total.
- Select "Continue" to finish checking out.
FAQs
Where can I find my Nike gift card number and PIN?
Both numbers are located on the back of a physical gift card, or in the email for a digital gift card.
What if the gift card doesn't cover my order total?
If your applied gift card doesn't cover the total, you can use any accepted payment method to make up the difference.
Can I use more than one gift card on an order?
Yes, you can use up to 10 gift cards on the same order.
Why don't I see the PIN box to enter my PIN?
First enter your gift card number, then the PIN box will appear.
My Nike gift card balance is $0, but I haven’t redeemed it yet—what should I do?
If you purchased the gift card at a Nike store, on Nike.com, or in the Nike App, please contact us for help. If you received the gift card as a gift, or if you bought it from another retailer, please contact the gift giver or retailer for help.
As a reminder, gift cards should be treated as cash. Nike is not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
