Where can I find my Nike gift card number and PIN?
Both numbers are located on the back of a physical gift card, or in the email for a digital gift card.
Can I reload my Nike gift card?
If your balance is running low and you’re just not ready to part with your Nike gift card, you can add value to it at any Nike retail store. Or, you can buy a new physical or digital gift card.
My Nike gift card balance is $0, but I haven’t redeemed it yet—what should I do?
If you purchased the gift card at a Nike store, on Nike.com, or in the Nike App, please contact us for help. If you received the gift card as a gift, or if you bought it from another retailer, please contact the gift giver or retailer for help.
As a reminder, gift cards should be treated as cash. Nike is not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
