Mobile and Desktop

• Clear browser cache.
• Try to sign in from a different browser.
• Restart your device.
• Update the browser to the latest version.
• Ensure your device’s operating system is up to date.
• If on mobile, turn off WiFi and try to sign in.

Nike Apps

• Turn off WiFi and try to sign in.
• Uninstall the app, restart your device, and re-install the app.

If you don't see the email, check your email folders (spam, junk, trash, etc.). Still not seeing it? add "nike@notifications.nike.com" to your contacts and the use the steps above to get a new access code.
