HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY NIKE ORDER?
TEMPORARY RETURN AND EXCHANGE EXTENSION
We've temporarily extended our standard 30-day return and exchange period. All Nike purchases made after February 14, 2020, have an extended 60-day return and exchange policy.
With your Nike Membership, you have 30 days to try it on, try it out, and see if it's perfect for you. If at any point during those 30 days you decide it's just not right, you can return your order or exchange the item for another size or color. For an exchange, please give us a call and we'll make it happen.
You also may exchange Nike.com and Nike App orders at your nearest Nike store, but you must have your order number to return or exchange items in a store. You can find your order number on your orders page or in any of the emails we sent you about the order. Please make note of your order number somewhere easily accessible while making the exchange.
And even if it’s been more than 30 days since your order, we’ve still got you covered, either on the phone or at a Nike store. Just make sure the item you want to exchange is unwashed and unworn.
