With your NikePlus Membership, you have 30 days to try it on, try it out, and see if it's perfect for you. If at any point during those 30 days you decide it's just not right, you can return your order for a refund or exchange the item for another size or color. For an exchange, please give us a call and we'll make it happen.

You also may exchange items ordered from at your nearest Nike store. And even if it’s been more than 30 days since your order, we’ve still got you covered, either on the phone or in-store. Just make sure the item you want to exchange is unwashed and unworn.


Can I exchange orders online?
Currently, you may start a return online, but to exchange your order, you'll need to give us a call.

What do I need to provide to be able to exchange my order?
If you're a NikePlus Member and were signed in at the time of your purchase, we can look up your order history, so there's no need to provide us anything—either on the phone or in a store. If you would like to speed up the exchange, or if you made your purchase as a "guest," you'll want to have your packing slip or purchase confirmation email.
