If your Nike.com or Nike App purchase isn't quite right, and you have a different size or color in mind, you can exchange most items within 60 days. Both Nike Members and guests can exchange their online orders at a nearby Nike store (except Nike Clearance stores).

If you made your online purchase as a guest and cannot visit a store to make the exchange, please contact us.
Along with the item(s) you want to exchange, just make sure to bring your proof of purchase, which can be the order number or order barcode from your order history.
Once you've set up an exchange, it's best to ship the item back to us. If you return at a store instead, our system won't recognize it as an exchange, and your exchange item won't ship.
You can take the item you want to exchange and your proof of purchase to any Nike store (except Nike Clearance stores). Note that Nike Clearance store purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
