How tight should running leggings be?
Your running leggings should fit closely and provide a supportive feel, but shouldn't be uncomfortable or restrict your movements. Ours are made with added stretch, so they flex with you and hold their shape.
If your running leggings slip around as you exercise, or you experience any chafing or rubbing, they're too loose. If you can't move freely and comfortably—or if they're digging in—your running leggings are too tight.
