A 1/4-zip design lets you control your airflow, while a 3-way mitten system gives you options when it comes to extra coverage. Its lightweight and versatile design lets you wear it as a midlayer or only layer.

How This Was Made
- The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
- In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester produces up to 30% lower carbon emissions than virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfill and waterways.

With a undershirt and this item over it running in 20°F was comfortable. Going to order a few more colors!

Fit is larger than expected. Warm for cold outdoor workouts and a solid construction. The neck area is a little tight which conflicts with the body fit. If you wear large, get extra large only because the neck is tight
Great for cold winter running

I have two NIKE Therma-FIT running tops, one with zip and the other without. I like both very much, particularly the zipped one. I found them very breathable and warm, and they dry very fast. They both fit very well, allowing easy and comfortable movements. Sometimes I cannot tell the difference between running in these in winder and running in tanks in summer. At temperatures of ~40 Fahrenheit, this single layer keeps me warm but not hot in my 1-hour outdoor run. At ~30 Fahrenheit, I usually use it as a mid layer with a NIKE Dri-Fit as a base layer, and I do not feel cold in my running even without an outer layer -- of course without too much rain/snow/wind.The Repel Element feature can keep you dry in 10~30 minutes, depending on how light the rain or snow is, and it does not work with heavy rain. The protection to wind is the weakest -- the fabric is designed for breathability and hence has only limited, if any, protection from cold wind outside. Wind protection is not why I purchased them, so no complaints from me. In cold windy days, you have to add other layers.
