Yes, the Nike Run Club App features training plans created by our expert NRC Coaches for all levels of runners, so you don't need to know the difference between a Fartlek and a Tempo Run to become a better runner, have fun and accomplish your goals.

Our Coaches create detailed plans that explain the goal for each training week and the purpose of every run to educate you on your journey. Every run also offers an Audio-Guided Run, so you can have an NRC Coach motivate and inspire you along the way!

How do I start a training plan in the NRC App?

In the NRC App, tap "Plans" and select your desired plan. Then tap "Start plan". It's that easy.

Can I start a training plan on my Apple Watch?

NRC Training Plans can only be started in the NRC App. Tap the "Plan" icon to view available plans. Once you start a plan, you can start your individual runs on your Apple Watch.

How do I start a training run?

You can start a run on your Apple Watch or phone:

  • Phone: tap the "Plan" icon and tap on the run.
  • Apple Watch: swipe right from the start screen until you see your plan and tap on the run.
