What is SNKRS Reserve?

SNKRS Reserve is a Nike pre-order experience that gives Nike Members a chance to reserve their size in some of our most exclusive releases. While quantities are limited and will go fast, your size is guaranteed when you complete your purchase. Then, once the pre-order window closes, we'll make and dispatch your order.

Here's how it works:

  • You'll see upcoming Reserve releases in your SNKRS App feed.
  • Tap the card to see release details and choose to get notified when the pre-order window opens.
  • When it opens, you'll want to act fast. We'll only make limited quantities and once we reach capacity, the window will close.
  • Reserve your size, head to checkout and we'll get to work making your specific purchase.

In addition to guaranteeing your size, SNKRS Reserve also helps to support our sustainability efforts. Because we know exactly how many items we're making, we can significantly reduce product and material waste during the production process.

FAQs

When will I be charged for my order?

We'll collect payment when you successfully reserve your size and see the confirmation screen. We'll also send an order confirmation email with your payment details.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Yes, you have up to 30 minutes to cancel your order in the SNKRS App. To cancel, tap on the "Profile" tab to locate your order in your "Reserve History" and tap the "Cancel Order" button.

After 30 minutes, orders can't be cancelled.

How long does it take for my item to be made?

Production times will vary by style and materials used, but we'll provide the dispatch date on each style's product detail screen and in your order confirmation. If there are any production delays, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

What if there's a production delay?

If we do not fulfil an order on time, you'll have the option to cancel your order. We'll communicate the new delivery time frame, so you can make the choice to continue to wait or cancel. If you wish to cancel, please contact us.

How do I check my order's status?

You can view your order status by going to your profile in the SNKRS App and tapping "Reserve History". Please note that the status won't change until your shoes are complete and being delivered to you. Once they are dispatched, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your order.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your SNKRS Reserve order within 14 days of the delivery date.

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

As SNKRS Reserve orders are made to order, they cannot be exchanged. Please make sure you choose the correct size.

Can I change my delivery address before my order is dispatched?

Yes, you can change your SNKRS Reserve order's delivery address by contacting us before production starts. If you need to change it, don't wait to contact us.

Please note that the new address must be within the same country as the original address entered during checkout.
