SNKRS Reserve is a Nike Pre-Order experience that gives more Nike Members a chance to score some of our most exclusive drops in their size. Because Reserve releases are made to order, your size will be available as long as the Reserve window is open. Once the pre-order window closes, we'll make your order and dispatch it directly to you. Here's how it works: - You'll see upcoming Reserve releases in your SNKRS App feed. - Tap the card to see release details and choose to get notified when the pre-order window opens. - When it opens, reserve your size, go to checkout and we'll get to work making your specific purchase. Don't wait too long to reserve your size, the order window is open for a limited time.

We'll collect payment when you successfully reserve your size and see the confirmation screen. We'll also send an order confirmation email with your payment details. Can I cancel my order after it's been placed? Yes, you have up to 30 minutes to cancel your order in the SNKRS App. To cancel, tap on the "Profile" tab to locate your order in "Reserve History" and tap the "Cancel Order" button. After 30 minutes, orders can't be cancelled. How long does it take for my item to be made? Production time varies by style and the materials used, but we'll provide the delivery date on each style's product page and in your order confirmation. If there are any production delays, we'll let you know as soon as possible. What if there's a production delay? If we do not fulfil an order on time, you'll have the option to cancel your order. We'll communicate the new delivery time frame, so you can make the choice to continue to wait or cancel. If you wish to cancel, please [contact us](https://www.nike.com/gb/help/#contact). How do I check my order status? You can view your order status by going to your profile in the SNKRS App and tapping "Reserve History." Please note that the status won't change until your shoes are complete and on their way to you. Once they are dispatched, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your order. Can I return my order? Yes, you can return your SNKRS Reserve order within 14 days of the delivery date. Can I exchange my order for a different size? As SNKRS Reserve orders are made to order, they cannot be exchanged. Please make sure you choose the correct size. Can I change my delivery address before my order is dispatched? Yes, you can change your SNKRS Reserve order's delivery address by contacting us before production starts. If you need to change it, don't wait to [contact us](https://www.nike.com/gb/help/#contact).
