Physical gift cards: both numbers are located on the back of a physical gift card.

Digital gift cards: digital gift cards are delivered via email. You'll use the digital gift card delivery email to access your gift card number and PIN. Here's how:

1. Open the email.
2. Tap or click "View My Gift Card".
3. Enter the email address that the digital gift card was sent to.
4. Use the "Verify Email" button to continue—you'll be taken to a page with your digital gift card balance, card number and PIN.

You can check your balance at any Nike-owned retail store that accepts gift cards. Use our store locator to see if stores near you accept gift cards: Tap (or double click) the store name to open the store's information page. Scroll down to the "Services" section and look for "Nike Gift Cards" to confirm if the store accepts gift cards. Any store that accepts gift cards can help you check your balance.

If you purchased the gift card at a Nike store, on Nike.com or in the Nike App, please contact us for help. If you received the gift card as a gift or if you bought it from another retailer, please contact the gift giver or retailer for help.

As a reminder, gift cards should be treated as cash. Nike is not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
