        Awesome training shoe by the GOAT himself, Mat Fraser! I also have his Metcon 6, which I admit is a bit less durable than this one thus far. This one feels more rigid with what seems like a leather material, and the varsity jacket-style patches are cute. One thing I did notice is that the shoe in general feels much lighter than other Metcons I own, and I didn't really even need to relace them, though I could do that for an extra lockdown feel, not to mention a reason to use the lockdown lace tab. All in all, this is one sturdy training shoe!

        Le Nike Metcon fanno parte del mondo Crossfit. Le Metcon 8 sono comode e vanno bene su qualsiasi workout…. Il modello del campione Freser sono veramente belle. Curate in ogni particolare… semplicemente uniche.
