        I wore my first pair for 2 months and the top of the shoe ( where the big toe hits) was wearing thru. ( I keep my nails as short as they can be). I then reinforced the toes and the second shoe followed suit, and eventually both toes totally wore thru. I would NOT recommend these shoes.I'd send a photo, but don't know how to do that on my lap top. Can I email it on my iphone somewhere?

      • Read this before you buy: HUGE compared to original 2021 Vapormax FK (non-sustainable)

        I have been buying/using the original Vapormax FK for years. Since there were no more of them available, I decided to try these in my usual 7.5, in black. I was really disappointed, and here are my reasons. 1. They are HUGE compared to my other Vapormax runners. I wish I could attach a photo. They're at least 1/4" longer, and very, very wide. 2. The shoelaces start so far down on the new sustainable model. Look at the stock photo. What you see is what you get... there are no more holes above what's shown. I feel like these would flop around on my foot even when tied as tightly as possible. I could literally fit 4 fingers in between the shoe and my foot when I had them on and tied as tightly as they'd go, which means they are still too wide, and when I walked in them, my heel moved freely inside the shoe. 3. The material seems very thin and more delicate. However: 1. They are still lightweight (but otherwise nothing like original Vapormax FK running shoes). 2. They are comfortable, and the soles seem to be well-made and cushioned, as is the footbed. Not much arch support, but there wasn't in the originals, either. Runners-- especially loyal Nike runners: please consider all of the above when buying. If you're used to your usual Nike Vapormax size, which ran a bit small, size down half a size, at least. Nike: PLEASE bring back our beloved Vapormax FK running shoes as they were!
