Nike Vomero 16

  I got back into running after going the past 10.5 years of strictly weight training. Last shoes I ran in were split between the Vomero 2+ and original lunaracers. And before those, the Shox 2:45. Anyway, I had good results with the Vomero 2+ so I figured it would've been a significant improvement 14 iterations later. I split between the vomero 16s and zoom pegasus turbo 2s. I run 99% of the time on a treadmill, and so I can't speak for durability on hard surfaces. But I will say this: my pegasus turbo 2s are not only significantly lighter, but they also give much better energy return compared to my vomeros. Vomeros were bought on <a href="http://nike.com." target="_blank">nike.com.</a> Pegasus turbo 2s were bought at a nike factory outlet, so it most likely isn't A grade. Maybe I need to break them in as I only have a little over 16.25 miles on them as of this review.

  Not as comfortable as Vomero 13 or Vomero 14. Feels flat footed.

  Después de haber hecho con ellas 500 Kilómetros tengo que decir que se sienten mejor según te vas acercando a 5 minutos el kilómetro, se agarran, amortiguan y te ayudan perfectamente en asfalto. La mezcla entre zoom x y air zoom funciona muy, muy bien juntas. Después de estos 500 Kilómetros, las zapatillas están como nuevas, la suela se ha desgastado un poco, pero prácticamente nuevas. Una gran zapatilla para los entrenamientos semanales, tanto para tiradas largas como para series. El material de la parte superior es transpirable y cuida mucho la temperatura del pie manteniéndolo siempre fresco.
