Nike React Miler 2

I really enjoyed the design and features of this shoe. I run most days of the week and without the right shoe, it can get really painful and prevent me from doing the regular run that fixes my whole day. I loved that these shoes had more cushioning than the average running shoe. The strong arch support is also a great feature. These two features really help for maintaining endurance and preventing strains. These shoes are perfect for wider feet and are very comfortable. I plan to have these as my traveling shoes too because of how comfortable they are to walk in for long durations. The design is also very stylish and goes well with other activewear that I have. The reflective material is also another perk for running at night.

The shoes are made with good quality. They felt very cushy when I started my run in them. They were a little narrow for me, but my feet run somewhat wide. By the time I was done with my 2 miles, the cushioning had my step feeling accentuated to the inside of my foot. I'm not sure if my step is naturally like that, but it's not a problem I've had with any running shoes to date. Overall, I didn't love these. Maybe it's not a problem if your step is naturally balanced.

The fit and feel of this shoe is decently comfortable. I do feel like the heel is very cushioned, but as the shoe tapers down to the toe, the cushion seems to be lacking in comparison. Overall, I think the design is pretty bulky. They aren’t heavy by any means, but the flare of the heel out the back side plus width wise makes them feel very big. I was able to wear these shoes for three 12 hour shifts as a nurse on my feet with 12,000+ steps each day, and I felt comfortable. I like the colors, as I feel they will go well with most everything. The toebox is a bit narrow, which is something I wish I could change. I wish they were less bulky with the foam. I feel like they are high heels pretending to be running shoes.
