The technology used in this shoe is unlike anything else on the market. I have always preferred Asics for training shoes, but thought I would try something new and I am glad that did. I am an out of shape former long distance runner who decided to get back into running and these shoes have made the process almost effortless. Exciting even! I've only had 2 runs in them and so far I have no complaints. They are lightweight, offer enough stability on mid distance runs, and I don't feel the normal aches and pains that I had become accustomed to. I wear a size 9.5 in Asics and the 9.5 fit perfectly in this shoe as well. Great job Nike!

Bought these to try something new to run in. I did size up half a size. Glad I did. Ran 8 miles shoes were so light. Excellent padding. Never felt the pavement. Really liked these sneakers. First time on fit like a glove! Very happy with purchase.

These are fast training shoes for runners like me who need stability shoes! I've been running faster tempos with less efforts and I have to think the shoes have something to do with that! My ankles don't hurt anymore afterwards! My feet are wide so my true size is women's 7.0 wide but I order 7.5 medium for Nike shoes and I have these Zoom Tempos in women's 8.0 (feels a little snug at first but perfect while running). These are supposedly daily trainers but I only wear them on my workout days because they're not impressive on easy runs (As a matter of fact I was not sure about these the first few days when I wore them on my easy runs). I'd definitely wear these to race up to a half marathon. These are not light enough for me (my size 8 weighs 7.9 oz, 225 g) for a full marathon (my calves cramp up so I need my shoe to be not over 7 oz) but because I love these shoes so much I'm considering buying the Alpha Flys.
