Not quite what I expected from a trail running shoe

anderst941404673 - 19 Oct 2021

Feet sits quite comfortable in the shoe, but the shoe feels HEAVY and clumpsy especially the heel section when running on a heeling or uneven surface. Laces are difficult to tighten properly, slips too easy. Shoe sole is extremely slippery on wet surfaces (anything hard like tarmac, concrete, rocks, stepping on a root in the forrest you’re doomed) not what I expected from a trail running shoe.

Excellent

Wanted something for the winter to run and walk the dog normally wear pegasus 38, opted for the trail this winter and so far so good. Running is excellent on trails and road foot feels secure. Will test on long runs soon but happy with purchase. As a diabetic taking care of my feet is important and this trainer fits the bill

Great shoes, needs some breaking in

Eric M. - 30 Sep 2021

Great running shoes. Comfortable, stylish and with very good cushioning. Very good trial runners if you stick to dry weather. Compared to the Trail 2 model, I found them to still be true to size but a bit narrower, not enough to be an issue, but enough to be perceived. I also found them to need more of a breaking in perdió than the Trail 2 model (overall, I needed a good 3-4 runs to break them in). Overall highly recommend them.
