I am a creative person. I grew up in the 18th arrondissement. I am said 

to be a former top athlete. In the kitchen I see memories that become inspirations unique moments that become a dish which can even become a signature.

I like to explore things. I like to create filiation with what has been done before but I'm also a rather contemporary person that is to say that I also live with the mediums of my time. 

For a few years now, I started a work on people of my family who left from our mother's village to go to Europe. It's about feeling good everywhere try to understand people and each other's experiences.
