WHERE IS MY REFUND?
Once we receive your items, we'll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within two to five business days. We'll send you an email to let you know we've issued the refund—depending on your payment method, it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account. And if you paid with a Nike gift card or product voucher, you can usually access your refund within 24 hours after we issue it (you can check your balance online).
If you paid by bank transfer, you'll need to provide your bank details before we can issue your refund. Please use this link to send your bank transfer information.
If you paid through Klarna, they will also process your refund. Please contact Klarna directly for questions about your refund.
