Nike Epic Luxe

I am an avid Nike consumer, and have had tried all kinds of leggings. For hiking, working out, yoga, anything. These are ridiculously smooth, even if they’re a little difficult to get on at first. Nike says they’re a tight fit and they are right, I bought a Medium where I’m usually a small in Nike leggings, and I’m very happy that I did, as the compression in the medium is already a good tightness. Favorite leggings so far!

After trying the Nike Epic Lux Tights I have to say these are now my favorite pair in my extensive workout pants arsenal. I wear a size large,l and when I first put these on I was like, "Oh no! I think these are going to be too snug" but they ended up being a perfect fit and hugged me in all the right places with the compression material. I'm a proud mom but there's nothing I hate more than a low rise workout pant that doesn't give me the support I need in my midsection, these pants have a perfect waist that is both supportive and comfortable which includes a drawstring to help hold in place even better. There are two really deep pockets, one on the side of each leg, that will easily hold your cell phone/money securely, maybe even a water bottle of you needed it to in a hurry. You may lose a bit of the sleekness of your leg profile if you stuff them full of your items but the pockets are functional and well placed. There is also a zipper pocket on the back of the pants waist band that is perfect to hold keys or other valuables you can't risk falling out during a run/workout. The waist had a couple thick bands that may be more decorative but I believe they may be a part of the reflective trim, I typically wear longer shirts/jackets so, for me, they would most likely be covered. I did notice the bands could also help keep a headphone cord tucked to your side if you prefer corded vs. wireless headphones. The length is perfect on these tights and the material is durable (75% Polyester, 25% Spandex) and although thick, didn't feel too warm during a workout and did help wick away moisture with Nike's Dri Fit technology. I thought the price point was reasonable considering the thickness and durability of these pants that could easily hold up in cold weather running. I would definitely recommend.

These pants are amazing! I got a medium and my initial thought was they were going to be too small, based on looking at them, but they were oh-so-very-perfect. I didn't feel like a stuffed sausage in them, and just to test them out, I did a bunch of wild kicks and funky bends before I started my run- they stayed put and didn't constrict my ridiculous moves. When I run I don't usually put things in my pockets because I am worried things will fall out. I put my full set of keys (keychain and all) in one pocket and my kids' sunglasses in the other- nothing moved and I honestly forgot they were there! I wore these on a warmer day (for us here in New England, "warmer" running day is 35-40) and I wasn't cold! The material is actually really soft, and they were sooo comfortable, I just CANNOT explain how much I love these pants. I really need enough pairs to wear throughout the week without having to do my laundry every day.
