That bounce though!

I have done two hiit sessions and two short speed runs ( one on the treadmill the other at my local track). These definitely live up to the specs Nike gave. They give great stability to someone like me who is heavy footed when jumping. The zoom text though! I could definitely feel as pep in my step! They are tight but not too tight. I’m. Size 10 flat foot midsole runner.

These are a great improvement over the original superrep. I can now lace them to keep my foot from moving inside the shoe while working out. A small nit - the new padding around the heel keeps my foot lock in place, but also takes up room inside the shoe causing them to run a size smaller than my usual Nike size. Size up.

Great for HIIT and walk/run workouts

This shoe has really allowed my HIIT workouts to be pain free. No more knee or ankle pain. At first the shoe was snug but has loosened just a tad with multiple wears. Love this shoe!!
