        I usually wear size 11.5, these were a bit wider and longer than usual. I exchanged for an 11 and they fit great. The wider platform feels more stable and helps to add power to all lifts, especially squats.

        The overall look of the shoe is very nice. They are quite rigid and non flexible and they are very narrow. If you have a wider foot like myself they can fit very snug especially the first few times you wear them. Definitely like the look and style but they need to be broken in before they are comfortable.
