        I wear size 7. I am happy that at least a few people would have advised buying this item a half size up; that really did help me indeed the 7.5 was a direct fit. The inner sole appears to be comfortable (I would prefer this type of support), it is lightweight and the rubber sole could have been sturdy, the cloth-like material is breathable. They were minor discoloration damages, will see my best to get it out.

        These shoes are perfect for what I needed. I do lots of HIIT and running workouts as while as strength training and LISS. These shoes work for all of those! I love the color and style, and my foot feels stable and secure in the shoe! However, there was some glue right where the Nike logo met the base and some other glue spots on the black box near the arch. This was slightly disappointing but the pros outweighed the cons of going through a tedious return process over something so small. Overall I was happy with this product and Nike has again delivered the quality that they promise.

        I'm new to working out in the gym and realized I needed a show that had a flat sole with good support. Getting these changed everything about my gym practice! They are so comfy, so cute (I got the mint color), and are just the right size for my feet to move around but also not feel squished when weight lifiting. My foot size is exactly a EU 39, which is normally around a US 8, but I sized up according to the reviews to an 8.5 and it's a perfect fit.
