        Nah, this does not work for DD cup. There is no support from the material here. Would not be able to run in this without pain.

        This is a good supportive bra for workouts that don’t involve HIT or running. I am a 34F and have two of them. I used them for running an HIT an found with both that the straps at the back repeatedly slide up to offer little support.
