Stick with your regular size

I sized up as recommended from a L to XL (for reference I am 5'7", 190 lbs) and they fit at first but are not as compressive as i would like. They still slide down while running and the elastic drawcord is so stretchy it's basically useless. I wish it was a more rigid material so the pants could stay up. I'm upset because these are so expensive. I did go with the size chart as well to try and make sure I had the right fit. I think if you stick with your regular size all will be fine, i would not size up. They are a nice material and comfy though.

When I first got these leggings they felt buttery soft. In putting them on, they were difficult to put on due to lack of stretch. This was a blessing in disguise as once they were on, these held everything in place. It didn’t move when I exercised and bent over. The side pocket was nice for me to put my phone in. Overall super satisfied with these leggings. On par with some of the other companies out there that specialize in yoga clothing. Again can’t emphasize how soft these were and it kept me warm in the colder California weather.

I am so pleased with these pants! They fit GREAT!! They are alittle snug but definitely help hold everything in tight! I love the high waist and the thickest of the material. I have have been in a bunch of different brands but this has to be my favorite fit so far! The pockets are a great addition!
