  These shoes are perfect. Right when you put them on you feel like your bouncing on springs. I wear them everywhere; the track, on trails, to class, the basketball court, the shower, and to bed. They’ve lowered my pr in the mile from 5:24 to 3:56 in just one season. I would recommend purchasing these today.

• Very responsive shoe. Can be used for sprinting.

  I was trying to find sprinting spikes that were similar to the maxflys because they were sold out. I found these and I was pleased to find out that they were still very responsive. They run pretty big.

  This spike is awesome (for lack of a more amazing word). As soon as I pulled it out of the box, I was in love. I've worn it a couple times on the track and ran a few 5K cross country races in it. I brought my 5K PR down from 18:59 to 17:56 in one week with this shoe. The AtomKnit upper is extremely breathable, comfortable, and easy to get on. The notched shoelaces are a nice touch that keeps your foot locked down. The upper doesn't hold water and keeps it light even with wet conditions. The ZoomX foam is great for a soft landing that also gives a little bounce. Then you get to the Zoom Air unit in the forefoot and it's still a comfortable feel with even more pop. The carbon-fiber FlyPlate also propels you forward to make you feel like you are flying. It is also extremely light even with everything underfoot. There is a lot going on underfoot and you can feel it but numbers don't lie. This shoe is made to smash PRs.
