280g Tinned Tuna in Water
1 Small Red Onion
30ml Olive Oil
28g Grated Parmesan Cheese
400ml Ready-to-Eat Tomato Sauce
28g Fresh Basil
- Drain the tuna.
- Chop the red onion and sauté it in olive oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat.
- Add capers, tuna, olives and tomato sauce and keep at a simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook the pasta according to the package and drain.
- Add the spinach to the pasta in a bowl, add the tuna-tomato sauce, top with parmesan and basil and serve.
