Strategic Stability
A low, flat and wide heel now features a removable Hyperlift insert that adds offset to help improve stability for squats, wall balls and thrusters.
Zoned Durability
Textured print on the top of the shoe adds lightweight durability where it's needed.
Enhanced Grip
Directional traction on the outsole wraps up the side of the shoe for grip when climbing a rope and speed when sliding down.
Diverse Cushioning
Foam is firmer under the heel for a secure feel, and softer in the forefoot to cushion high-impact moves.

Needed a shoe to help with lifting and squats. This just does it. It is comfy, fits well, stretch a little ... and just good for a workout. I will buy more pairs in the series if there are upgrades eg the little sole in the shoe ( I would prefer a slight interior elevation). Overall good pair of shoe. Love it

I purchased these shoes at the end of August beginning of September. I read all of the reviews and heard it was a good recommendation. Some of the reviews said that the shoe lining will come lose or they Take time to break it. This is true for me as well. It took me two months to break in the shoes and that’s wearing them 5-6 times a week at the gym. Afterwards they fit comfortable and they are great shoes overall! No doubt about it. My only concern is that it took me that long to break them in and now the outside portion of the sole that connects to the mesh is starting to come off. I just feel that if Nike is going to market this shoe then to make sure it durable. They are great when it comes to lifting heavy which provide great stability. It’s just feels like these shoes are not not holding together. Not sure if I would recommend these shoes unless Nike can fix the issue.
