What happened to my Nike data?

We're committed to protecting the privacy of our Nike Members by only storing your data when you maintain an active Nike Member profile. Your profile will be considered active if you've logged in to your profile on any Nike website or Nike App within the last two years.

See below for what data is available after two and five years of inactivity.

After two years

Personal information will be available in your profile settings if you sign back in, but individual run and workout data will be replaced by aggregate totals. See below for more information.

After five years

All profile information and personal data will be permanently deleted across all platforms and will be unrecoverable. Purchase history will remain available to Nike in line with statutory requirements on data retention for sales, tax and warranties. Please contact us if you have any questions.

If you're missing aggregated run or workout data from a profile that's been inactive for 2–5 years, contact us for help.

Why am I missing NRC or NTC App data after signing out?

If you're experiencing any missing run or workout data after signing out of and back in to the NRC or NTC App, please contact us for help.

How was my NRC or NTC App data affected?

If you've been inactive for 2–5 years, individual run and workout data will be replaced by lifetime aggregate totals.

How was my Nike.com, Nike App or SNKRS App data affected?

If you've been inactive for 2–5 years, your identity profile settings and order history will still be available to you. Favourited products and your purchase history will also repopulate for Nike SNKRS.

Why were my data and profile deleted?

After two years of inactivity, we aggregate individual run and workout data, and after five years, we permanently delete Nike Member profiles and all associated data. This ensures that we are not holding information of individuals that no longer engage with Nike and are complying with applicable legal requirements.

If it's been five years since you were active, you can create a new Nike Member profile on Nike.com or by downloading any Nike App.
