Nike works with a diverse community of some of the greatest partners in the world to help get our innovative shoes and gear into the hands, and onto the feet, of athletes. If you are interested in becoming a Nike-authorised retailer, please review the information below to determine if an application is your next step. For locations outside the US and Canada, please [contact Nike in your region](https://www.nike.com/). In addition, if you have already submitted an application, please review the information below to check on the application status or timeline. ## FAQs How does Nike select its authorised retailers? Applications are evaluated to meet rigorous standards; our distribution is extremely selective and only a small number of new authorised retailers are appointed each year. There is no specific business model or distribution requirement for applications, however you must have a valid business licence (issued through your local government) for your application to be considered. I want to sell online, do I need to submit an application? Yes, it's the same process. Please note, applications to sell Nike products on a digital marketplace such as Amazon or eBay will not be considered. Is there an application fee? There is no fee to apply to become a Nike-authorised retailer. How long does the application process take? Due to the high volume of applications we receive, the entire process can take up to 90 days*.* I have read the above and am ready to apply. What's next? You can apply through the [ERA website](https://nike.my.salesforce-sites.com/era). What if I need help filling in the application? Please refer to our [detailed application instructions](https://assets-commerce-nikecloud-com.s3.amazonaws.com/gethelp/How+to+become+retailer/ERA+Customer+Portal+Help+20211+%28002%29.pdf). How do I check on the status of my application? Sign in to the [ERA website](https://nike.my.salesforce-sites.com/era) and click "View an existing application". If my application was denied, can I reapply? In order to reapply, you must wait one year from the date on your denial letter. I'm a former authorised retailer, can I simply re-activate my account? We will gladly consider applications from former business partners; however, once an authorised retailer account has been closed, we reserve the right to require a new application. Applications from former Nike-authorised retailers will be evaluated with the same rigour and criteria that we apply to new Nike-authorised retailer applications. What will my pricing, minimum order, credit limit and payment terms be? Trade terms are calibrated according to our assessment of credit risk, distribution needs and allocation of product assortments. If we elect to open your account, we will offer trade terms that are appropriate for the level of distribution we anticipate with your business. Can I obtain an account and receive a discount for charity-related purchases? Our Nike-authorised retailer business is reserved for conventional retail businesses that market, merchandise and sell products to consumers. If you would like to partner with Nike for charity-related purposes, please refer to the [Nike Community Impact Fund](https://purpose.nike.com/ncif). I have forgotten my ERA login and password.
