        These are my 5th pair of these flats. My typical run is 3-6 miles, 3-4x a week as a compliment to the rest of my training. Pros: lightweight, flat, fast, very durable Cons: tight/narrow toe box, especially out of the box

        Love these shoes I have a pair from 2013 they are a little different than these. However not much has changed I love how lightweight they are and how easily they help my maneuver the dirt courses. I do like them on the track for training but racing I do still prefer spikes even for the 10k races. Great shoe, only reason for 4 stars is the like of options. With the waffles. Waffles done hold spikes people.

        These were pictured with metal spikes online but when we got them there was no place to insert spikes.
