You used to be able to buy these in a wide fitting. Why is this no longer available- either in this style or as a ‘Nike by you’ custom option? Please reinstate this!

I really wanted to love these trainers. I’ve previously ran in the discontinued epic react flyknit. I bought my usual Nike size UK 5, (I’m a size 4 normally). They immediately felt too big, I have wide feet so rarely find extra room around the forefoot. I thought I’d take them for a spin, the zoom air units under the forefoot felt nice and bouncy (although there seemed a discrepancy as I could feel the right and not the left). From the offset I got left lateral foot pain that wouldn’t settle. I found I was catching my toes as they were too big. I did a few runs and speed sessions, it’s a snappy shoe. Laces stay laced which is a bonus. A few rough edges on the outer which could potentially rub which was disappointing. I have ultimately sent them back as they’re too big. I recommend sizing down a half size. I may try them smaller or consider the newer different version of the epic react.
