See below for more information. After five years All profile information and personal data will be permanently deleted across all platforms and will be unrecoverable. Purchase history will remain available to Nike in line with statutory requirements on data retention for sales, tax and warranties. Requesting your data is quick and easy with the steps below. 1. Log in to your Nike Member profile on a web browser. 2. Go to your Account Settings and select the "Privacy" tab. 3. Scroll to the "Download Your Data" section and click or tap "Request Data." 4. In seven days, we'll send an email to your Member profile email address with a link to download your data. 5. In that email, click or tap "Download Data." 6. Follow the prompts to receive a Nike Member profile code to authenticate your identity. 7. Download your data. Why am I missing NRC or NTC App data after signing out? How was my NRC or NTC App data affected? If you've been inactive for 2–5 years, individual run and workout data will be replaced by lifetime aggregate totals. How was my Nike.com, Nike App or SNKRS App data affected? If you've been inactive for 2–5 years, your identity profile settings and order history will still be available to you. Favourited products and your purchase history will also repopulate for Nike SNKRS. How was my NRC or NTC App data affected? If you've been inactive for 2–5 years, individual run and workout data will be replaced by lifetime aggregate totals. How was my Nike.com, Nike App or SNKRS App data affected? If you've been inactive for 2–5 years, your identity profile settings and order history will still be available to you. Favourited products and your purchase history will also repopulate for Nike SNKRS. Why were my data and profile deleted? After two years of inactivity, we aggregate individual run and workout data, and after five years, we permanently delete Nike Member profiles and all associated data. This ensures that we are not holding information of individuals that no longer engage with Nike and are complying with applicable legal requirements.
