Very Low Quality Mesh

I bought Nike Metcon 7 in late November 2021 - have been wearing them to the gym 3-4x a week. A few days ago I realised there is a sizeable and very visible hole in the mesh on one of them, I suspect the same will appear on the other sneaker too. I read similar reviews here. This is very very disappointing. Much lower than expected quality.
Awesome gym shoes, huge improvements made for this model.

I have been using the Metcon 1 shoes for my workouts for several years until they were stolen out of my car a few months ago. I ordered these Metcon 7s to replace them and they are a HUGE upgrade from the 1s. My feet feel planted in all my workouts, the velcro lace strap is a nice addition, and the overall construction of this shoe is great. It is sturdy yet just flexible enough and very comfortable. I highly recommend these shoes for weight training!

So far, so good! Very comfortable compared to my other Metcons I’ve own. I think the look of other models do look better though, but the look of the 7s are not too bad. I mainly use them for training legs because it helps my balance immensely. I can only wear them when training now. I’ve gotten so custom to them. I love the front lace velcro strap from keeping the laces out-of-the-way and off the floor. The flat footbed is the best! If you haven't tried them yet I highly recommend you do now.
