These shoes started falling apart in 4 months. Not for high intensity workouts.

I have always liked Nike Metcons for there style and durability, the style of these are great but I can’t say the same about the durability. If you want a shoe that looks great and you don’t do a lot of intense workouts these are for you. If you train hard steer clear of until the figure out a new model. I owned these for about 4 months and the bottom of the shoe near the heel completely wore off so now the plastic heel is completely exposed. Definitely not a big fan of the clunky plastic heel. Overall I expected better quality from the Metcon name like in the past but these shoes are not what I anticipated they would be.

Inaccurate colour

I never leave reviews but I had to for these trainers! The colour of these are fluorescent orange, completely different from the picture. Also there is absolutely no spring in the heel, it’s like walking with cement heels. To be fair they are fine for the gym but I wouldn’t not run with these.
