Ellery holds the distinction of being first woman ever to spin around three times in the halfpipe (that's a 1080 for the record), and started on her trek to the halfpipe podium young. A graduate of Stratton Mountain school, she just missed a trip to the Olympics in 2010 and is stacking new tricks to make sure that doesn't happen again.
