Friday, 11.7 was the official launch of highly anticipated Nike x Married to the MOB Dunk Hi Supreme the East Village venue, The Studio. Sticking true with the clothing lines over the top design, ‘JUST MOB IT’ hung in gold letter balloons and the Dunk Hi hung from the ceiling amongst other blingy, high-school-dance inspired decor. Three acts performed throughout the night--the first was a set by DJ Elle. Then Sky Nellor came on to hype the crowd before a show by Spank Rock. Lead singer, Naeem Juwan, rocked it with a 30 minute show with songs both old and new. After drenching the crowd with water, Juwan kept them going by bringing some of the crowd on stage. After Spank Rock’s set, Sky Nellor jumped on the tables again and kept everyone dancing until the early hours of the morning.
