Ricky Rubio: No look pass

The no look pass is the unexpected move that fools defenders and gives the open man an easy lay-up.

Play Breakdown

  1. Hesitation move

    Move with a high-speed dribble through the middle towards your defender, then hesitate and fake a change of direction with an inside out dribble.

  2. Behind the back

    Trick the second defender in the zone with a fake behind the back pass. Instead of releasing the ball you wrap it around your body and pass by your defender over the open side.

  3. No look pass

    Look over to one teammate and surprise the defense with a no look pass to your other teammate on the opposite side.

  4. Easy basket

    Facing no defender, your teammate can easily finish the shot.
