After a grueling 82 game regular season the new ultra-lightweight Soldier III is only 12.5 ounces, making him lighter on his feet for his race for the crown. The new synthetic leather upper features breathable ballistic mesh panels and tongue for lightweight durability and ventilation. The two midfoot straps give him a lock-down and secure fit for his explosive first step. To keep him steady, the outsole tread was inspired by the milk crate he used as a hoop when he was a kid in Akron.
