Greg Oden

Bio

Change is apart of life. Change is also apart of basketball. For example, the style in which the game was played in the sixties is far different than what it was in eighties and what it is today. Nowadays, centers are spending more time playing on the perimeter. However, Greg Oden is not that type of big man. His game harkens back to those pure centers, those behemoths that were rebound hungry and defensive minded. They played with their back to the basket and claimed their paint. They intimidated. They dominated. They were the center of attention. So when experts say that Greg Oden is a game changer, they're only half right. He's just changing the game back to old school.

He's gradually becoming the man to do that, night in, night out. It takes baby steps to make a big leap. And right now, Greg's gearing up to dominate.
