Answer: Yes, NIKE IHM processes a broad range of polyurethane materials; ester and ether grades.

Question: How does NIKE INC. work with prospective customers?

Answer: In most cases, the NIKE IHM sales person meets with the customer and discusses both the requirements and critical specifications. From this a sample order is usually provided to confirm that it meets or exceeds the customer need. A formal quote is provided, after which the customer can enter production orders.

Question: Is NIKE IHM a global supplier?

Answer: Yes, NIKE IHM ships finished goods to Mexico, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the export volume is increasing.

Question: Is the NIKE IHM facility in St. Charles, MO ISO-9002 registered?

Answer: As of August 2004

Question: How do I involve NIKE IHM in evaluating a plastic polymer, alloy, blend, co-extrusion, etc. that is not being processed today?

Answer: Because needs change, we look at a wide assortment of possibilities on a regular basis. Obviously, we favor TPU materials because they are our strong suit, but we formally review requests for specialty grades of engineering polymers and we avoid spending valuable time on commodity resins.
