With stealth at the top of our minds in 2013, it’s only fitting that the Year of the Snake will be celebrated on this year’s Chinese lunar calendar. For the occasion, we’re dropping a special Year of the Snake (YOTS) collection featuring our Melo M9 and the Air Jordan 1 Retro High.

These vibrant colorways are inspired from the snake’s ability to attack their prey by leveraging heat-sensory vision. Their evolved sixth sense allows the snake to track its prey through darkness, and strike in absolute surprise.

Our YOTS Melo M9 rocks layers of high-contrast colors to mimic that heat-sensory vision, going with a Blackened Blue/Hyper Red-Bright Citrus colorway.

The YOTS Air Jordan 1 Retro High incorporates the same colorway but in a different fashion. Its rich combination of materials bring in suede, patent leather and an iridescent midsole.

Both shoes are included in the YOTS collection, which launches this Saturday, February 2.
