Look of Sport: Hong Kong

Taking Sportswear to the streets of New York City, London, Tokyo, Shanghai, Rio de Janerio and Los Angeles, we continue our journey around the globe with a stop in Hong Kong. A creative group of young athletes shared their favorite local spots while styled in product from our Fall collection.

    I think you need a healthy body to keep your mind healthy. Whenever I face something negative in my mind, I try to keep my body healthy for balance. I’m an aspiring writer, and my writing style is a little bit different. Some people write things chronologically, from the very beginning to the end. But I finish the beginning, then the end, then the middle last. Living in Hong Kong you can feel really tired because everything happens too fast. I just stick with my friends and family, I’m happier that way.

    As part of my training I run 2–3 times a week, an hour at least each day. I play soccer for the Ki Chi Football Club. We’re the champions of the Hong Kong professional league. I went to Barcelona recently with my team and I actually thought it was a bit boring; all the stores closed at 5 o’clock! I like everything in Hong Kong: the food and entertainment. Though the music isn’t so great.

It’s just an interesting way to meet people and also to see Hong Kong. I like how you can always find something to do in Hong Kong, how everything is really close together. You don’t need a car, you can just walk around anywhere. Shopping is great, and the food is awesome. And I like how the city is really diverse. It’s very multicultural, you meet a lot of interesting people everyday. I just think Hong Kong is a very unique place to live in.
