The WORLD'S GREATEST HOODIE: THE AW77 LOOPWHEELER EDITION
Hear the Nike and Loopwheeler story from Nike designer Jarrett Reynolds and Loopwheeler's Satoshi Suzuki. And see the craft that goes into the best hoodie in the world.
EIGHT A DAY.
In the Wakayama Prefecture of Japan, artisans create the softest, loftiest fleece in the world on antique loopwheel machines dating from the '20s and '30s. Here, the focus is on the details--organic hand-picked cotton, slow spun at 24 rpm. Only eight Loopwheeler hoodies can be made a day. It's a testament to a vision; to creating the world's best hoodie. Because sometimes improving doesn't mean new but rather going back to the past and mastering the fundamentals. Learning from history and honoring your heroes. That's the Loopwheeler AW77.
