Hew Jennings Academy Director
Huw has helped nurture the early careers of many international footballers, including Theo Walcott. In 2006, How became the Premier League's Youth Development Manager where he worked on developing, supporting and promoting youth football.
Dean Smith Head Coach
18 years a professional footballer and captain of every club he played for, Dean Smith has a first class football pedigree. On retirement, Dean moved into Youth Development and later progressed into the senior professional game. In his last professional post, one third of his first team squad were youth team graduates. He has held the prestigious UEFA Pro Licence since 2008.
Jon Goodman Performance Director
A former Premier League and international footballer, Jon has worked as a coach and fitness instructor with a number of Premier League clubs as well as the Northern Ireland national team. Today he sits on the expert panel for the Professional Football Coaches Association (PFCA), and works with the Sporting Chance Clinic, a charity founded by ex Arsenal captain, Tony Adams.
Steve Allen Physiotherapist
Another ex professional footballer, Steve is a now an 'A' license coach and top-flight physiotherapist. Since 1987 Steve has worked with many of the sport's most talented players at a number of Premier League clubs.
Ian Andrews Physiotherapist
As a professional footballer, Ian played for some of England and Scotland's most prestigious clubs, including Celtic FC. Now a highly-respected physiotherapist, Ian has worked at some of the top Football Academies in the country, and has helped develop some of football's most innovative athlete rehabilitation programmes.
James Collins Performance Nutrionist
A Performance Nutritionist for the English Institute of Sport (EIS), James has worked with many first-class UK athletes, from top-tier footballers to Team GB medalists. He is currently working with Premier League football players and several renowned British track and field stars.

Sal is a former professional goalkeeper who, since his retirement in 2004, has been a leading goalkeeping coach. In the last few years he has established a reputation for developing some of the game's most successful keepers on both the national and international stage.

Ex national kickboxer, Alan became involved with top flight football in 2005. Here his development of a screening process to identify at-risk professional footballers has helped dramatically reduce the injury rate of some of the game's top players.
